loreleiah
I just bought a Broncolor Impact 41 Monolight on ebay. Anybody know anything about this light or the Impact 41 series in general? I read one post somewhere that said there is a dial in the back that you turn with a coin that switches the power between us voltage and euro voltage.. Can this be true? So if I switch the plug to euro plug and turn the dial to euro voltage I can shoot in europe?
ellis_vener_photography
They are pretty low powered monolights but made nice light. To shoot in Europe you'll also need to switch modeling lights to 220 voltage.
loreleiah
Thanks for the response. I guess they are 300 watts only hmm, that's pretty low. I usually shoot with 600 at least.
teemu
I have a 3 + 1 of these, I think they have good amount of light. I have been quite happy with them. And yes, they work with both, 110 and 220 volts.
