I want know that which macro filter is the best ?

In general Canon, Nikon and perhaps some others that consist of 2 elements. Avoid the simpler cheap ones.

Canon has more sizes available than Nikon, but both brands produce excellent results. I would also say avoid the cheap ones.

The dual element lens Achromat with focus lengths that matches your base lens are the best. Like teleconverter, they are not all the same, matching does effect the result. Different manufacture also make it for different sizes and focal length.

 

In general, Nikon has 3T +1.5, 4T +3 (52mm Only), Canon has 400D +4 (52mm and 58mm), 500D +2 (52mm, 58mm, 72mm, 77mm), Sony has 58mm and 67mm +3. Pentax has them in different sizes from +0.5 to +2 or so. Kenko "AC" (hard to find store that stock them) are +3 to +10 for various size.
