mike_kim3 Posted June 11, 2007 Share Posted June 11, 2007 I just bought two pairs of Rolleinars (1 and 2 for Bay III) for $100, and one of them has a red 'R' instead of a 'RIII' as well as a slight yellowish tint. d_purdy Posted June 12, 2007 Share Posted June 12, 2007 I have 4 sets of bay 3 rolleinars. All are different. My #3 has a R111. My #2 has nothing at all. One of my #1s has a red R and the other which is for the GX has baj111 The older ones all have a bluish coating that is a very rich color of blue, the newer one has a very light purple/pink coating like a Xenotar. A yellow coating sounds like a Zeiss coating like the yellowish coated Planar, but I don't know whetber that is possible on a Rolleinar. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
