Postcard Licensing and Usage Advice Needed

Hello. I have an image that a local symphony hall is interested in using for a postcard.

 

What rights and usage should I agree upon and how should the fee I charge reflect?

Postcard rights. One-time. Specify max number of cards they are allowed to print. As far as

pricing goes, it depends on the number of cards they want to print, the size of the cards,

wheere they will be ddistributed/sold (country), and how rare/unique/hard to get the image

is.
