greg_cornish
I'll be doing archival photos using 2 360s. Anyony know where I can get a plastic shoe that fits to a tripod to hold it without grounding the contacts?
jeff_drew4
Many well-stocked camera stores carry them under a variety of brands. Be careful when looking because some have tripod sockets & some don't. Some are "hot" wired, some not.
personalphotos
B&H Photo has the perfect part and it has a 1/4" screw thread for the tripod. You can also use it with a Hot shoe adapter FG and 5p cable (3' or 15') to connect the flash directly to the camera. All functions work with this set up. Check: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?shs=Pentax+Off+Camera+Shoe+Adapter+F&ci=0&sb=ps&pn=1&sq=desc&InitialSearch=yes&O=product.jsp&A=search&Q=*&bhs=t There are generic shoes avalable at most camera stores as well that have a plastic base that will screw to the tripod. They should run $10-20 on average.
