i550 colour management

I have been shooting digital now for about 6 months and want to start printing

my documents but can find no icc profiles for my canon i550. Scott Kelby's book

says to let Photoshop handle the colour, and use an icc profile for the paper.

Epson seems to provide lots or profiles but Canon, none.

 

I am using Premium glossy paper. Anyone else use the same printer and know what

profile provides the most accurate prints? My monitor is calibrated using a

spyder, but I don't have a printer calibrator, nor can I really afford one.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
