azemerov Posted April 10, 2007 Share Posted April 10, 2007 Hi, Anybody knows what is difference between different models of Vivitar 2x teleconverter, like 2x-5, 2x-12, 2x-21, 2x-22? jeffpolaski Posted April 15, 2007 Share Posted April 15, 2007 The 2X "Macro" converter is a 7-element converter of very high quality as converters go. I personally believe these were made by Kiron for Vivitar, so you might pick one up under a variety of names. There are also converters with four elements, and these give teleconverter a bad name.
