Sherry Krauter (http://www.sherrykrauter.com) is not far away, and has an excellent reputation -- and at times a long backlog. There's Leica USA in New Jersey. Not cheap, but they know their stuff. More economical is Essex Camera Repair in New Jersey. It takes a substantial capital investment in special tools to work on Leica M cameras. You can walk it in and spend as much time as needed talking to the technician. Lens CLAs take only 2to3 days(!) I think a week to 10 days for a camera body. Very reasonable rates too.
