1st flushmount design

Hi all -

 

I've been working on my first flushmount design and would appreciate some

feedback. It is a 11x14, 20 page book. Thanks in advance... please be kind ;-)

Nice work overall ! Congratulations !<p>

I only find the second last page (with the cake) having a too distracting background. I like the other pages with a faded background less distracting. The picture with the sunset behind the cake deserves better than that !<p>

it looks pretty good. Some of it looks a bit busy for my taste. I spend quite a bit of time checking out the sites with the best work. If you want to check one of my album designs go to www.squareeyephoto.com Click on the portfolio section and then album design. I took some ideas from several different sites. I also get idea sfrom magazine layouts and fine art books. I think overall you did a good job thoug, try some more black and white and sepia images. I tend towards a bit more modern design, so some google searches you will come up with lots of great ideas
