gdanmitchell
I'm considering the purchase of the Induro C313 tripod. (This is one of the larger carbon fiber models.) I've played with one at my local photo store and am very impressed. Michael Reismann also posted a fairly positive report on the brand recently. I'd be grateful for reports from anyone who has used one of these tripods, especiall the high end models such as the C313 and C314, or the four-section equivalents. Why did you select it? What sort of work do you use it for? How has it performed for you? Any downsides? Thanks, Dan
gdanmitchell
Typo in my note. I'm mainly interested in the C313. The C314 is the four section equivalent. The C413 and C414 are the larger models that are otherwise very similar. I would love feedback on any of these four models. Thanks, again. kevin conville
The larger versions of these tripods start to leave me behind. One quickly gets into lots of options in this size/weight/price category. The little Benros and Induros are cool if that's what you need. Personally I would choose Manfrotto 055MF3 over the Induro C313 as it's just as tall, much more versatile, easier to set up and take down, and $220. or so less expensive. http://www.adorama.com/BG055MF3.html
kevin conville
Forgot to add: lighter. Don't let the conservative weight rating mislead you either. I have the 4 leg (055MF4) version and it's hell for stout. Easily the equivalent of the 3021 Bogen/Manfrotto.
