shane_gilbert1
I currently use the Fuji S3 for most of my studio/location work and had a couple of quick questions about the new Fuji S5. Will the S5 have the same iTTL function as the Nikon D2X and the D200? Why no vertical grip as on the Fuji S3...what's up with that?
bwcombs
The Fuji website offers a rather extensive specification and product description on the S5.
hans_janssen
According to manual it is iTTL, the only flashes you can use are the SB6/800 and SB R200 and now probaly the SB400 tto. They used the D200 and maybe that is the only reason or too expensive to redesign the body or not allowed by Nikon? But you can use the MB D200, but only with fuji accu's
mjt
hi Shane ... why not try one ... B&H Photo shows to have them in stock. Adorama says, "Please Note! This Item is on the way to our warehouse and is expected in a few days." regards, michael
joseph_wisniewski
The S5 works fine with a Nikon MB-D200 grip, although the Fuji S5 firmware requires that you use Fuji, not Nikon, batteries in the Nikon grip.
