umut_arslan
http://www.nikonf2.com/ please take a look... My question: Is this possible with a d2x?
tri-x1
I doubt very much and modern digital camera will hold up that well.
User_502260
I would be more worried about the photographer than the camera in these situations.

oded bar-el
Although I'm not a big fan of war-photojournalism, I must admit these picture are really impressive. Oded

bruce_margolis
My first Nikon was an F2. Thanks for the memories.
pnance
My F2 is still working great (I tend to stay away from war zones). I doubt any digital will still be working after 35 years.
melvin_bramley
The Nikon F2 & the earlier F will be around just as long as the few parts required to repair them & proficient repairmen are around.I think a 15 year old "digital" camera will be a novelty. It's a good job the photographer did not have to rely on Nikon "G" lenses!! I will keep my F2S just as long as film is available.
rick_helmke
I've got a 71 model I still use but it never saw that kind of action. No, a D2x probably won't last nearly that long.
