aappelphotography
Hi all, I just noticed something in post processing some pictures (RAW) in either ZoomBrowser or DigitalPhotoPro. ZoomBrowser seems, when editing RAW and applying the same settings, to apply some noise reduction, at least Digital Photo Raw, the result with the same settings had more noise. I try to attach 2 100% cops. ... hope it works :)<div></div>

wandern
Did you enable Noise Reduction in DPP's settings? There are separate options for chrominance and luminance NR that apply to RAW files. I think DPP in general does a better job of conversion, especially with sharpening.
aappelphotography
Hmm, I am too stupid to find that settings in DPP ... or at least too blind. Should'nt have installed it with german language, now I need to guess where to find that. Actually, I do not see something corresponding to the settings you talk about :( Gimme a hint, I will try to find it or reinstall and select English language :)
