William Kahn
It it broken, or just loose? You might be able to tighten it with a hex key, if the locks are the same as on the 3021.....
jay_frazier
Just the plastic lever is broken it will still lock the leg thought maybe i good replace that part not sure
Matthew Currie
Are these the old type that twist to lock, or the newer type that flip outward? It appears that Bogen no longer has the parts for the older type (although they do still stock the little plastic nut locking caps), but the newer ones can be gotten. Here's a website with some information on some of the parts, and it will at least help you to figure out what date your tripod is. You should try a call or email to Bogen too, because their prices might be better direct. I've gotten parts from Bogen and their service was good. It's possible that Bogen can supply just the lever without the whole lock mechanism if it's the newer type.
eosbob
I bought the new snap style locks for both of my old 3020's and converted them over. The parts were very reasonable and the new locks work beautifully. I bought direct from Bogen/Manfrotto
wisp
I would like to replace my twist-style locks as well. Could someone give a link? Yes, I can google - just thought if someone had experience with a particular retailer they could share. I will check Bogen's site

Matthew Currie
I'd try Bogen first, but if not, here's the link that I seem to have left out of my previous post: http://www.bogentripodparts.com/
