Renting Canon Lenses in India

Hi,

Are there any camera rental stores in India?

 

Would like to try out Canon lenses before buying them. Looking at 100 - 400 mm

zoom lens.

 

On the last trip for wildlife photography, felt my ef 100 -300 mm was too

short for wildlife. 500 mm looks good , but too expensive and not too sure if I

can handle the weight.

 

I am looking for wildlife and bird photography.

Don't know of any firms specifically devoted to rental. In Bombay (Mumbai), because of the cinema industry, it is easy to rent cine and audio equipment. Possibly some rental firms hire out still lenses too, but this is only speculation.

<p>Sudhir, Toehold provides rental services on in Bangalore. I spoke to them and requested if they can send it to Delhi at additional cost as they have mentioned it on their website.</p>

<p>Does anyone know anyone who offers such services in Delhi/NCR as I need to rent lenses in November and its urgent.... I really cant afford to buy any and the work needs to be done. </p>

<p>Any help on this would be appreciated.</p>
