chris_s___hampton_roads_va
I've purchased an 8x16 super collapsible, and am weary from trying to get thisawkward beast back into it's bag... can anyone point the way to clearinstruction? I'm inches away from getting the scissors and MAKING it fit in thebag... thanks!

picturesque
Also, I have found that sometimes the metal frame gets twisted and prevents the background from being folded correctly. If you're doing it right, it basically folds itself. So, always start again from a totally unfolded position and make sure the background frame is not twisted before attempting again. chris_s___hampton_roads_va
thanks Nadine, yep, that post was great in helping with the 5x7 (my kids laugh less at me now), but it just didn't seem to translate to this size for me...I was wondering if there was a different technique....arrggh
picturesque
No, it isn't. The bigger collapsibles fold the same way, it's just harder to get everything lined up, so to speak. That's why it is important to unfold and make sure the metal frames are not twisted. It definitely won't fold if they are twisted.
picturesque
Here is another instruction set--basically similar. Might try these. www.fjwestcott.com/instructions/collapsiblefolding.pdf
