john_hennessy4 Posted January 15, 2007 Share Posted January 15, 2007 The last few times I have printed with my 4000 on Enhanced Matte 17" roll paper (which is near the end of the roll and somewhat curled) my print has two places near the leading edge where the ink is evidently scraped off by the head (or something) and small, dried bits of ink are left behind. I have not yet experimented with sheets or a new roll to see if that solves the problem. Can anyone suggest what to do? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
