Canon 5D and "user defined" (1, 2, 3) Photostyles on back LCD

Is it possible to - change - the three user-defined settings into descriptive

text?, e.g., "sunshine," "shade," "direct print" (or something similar).

Harsh direct sunshine and deep shadows is one common shooting situation here in

Florida. In other instances working in shaded areas or cloudy soft light. I now

apply two different custom setups that work well... but it?s easy to forget

which is which (without opening setup). "Faithful" Photostyle is applied in all

instances.

The two key setups: A Contrast setting of -4 in sunshine, -2 in shade,

Saturation -1 in sunshine, +1 in shade). Tone -1 in both instances. In

post-production it's easy to add contrast, but difficult to remove. Same with

adding saturation if needed.

A third setup is "action" shots where direct-to-print is desired (sharpness

significantly boosted).

Renaming the three user-defined setups to descriptive text would quickly clarify

the choice.
