frank_horn
Been watching this forum for a few months now. No one seems to have discussed the big 28mm Super-Angulon-R. Anyone ever use one of these? Does it do enough to make it a worthy addition? It is a lot larger and probably a lot costlier than most other 28mm lenses. Its predessor was the PA Curtagon 35mm f4. Anyone use one of these? You don't see either one in the "used" market very often. I can't recall if Erwin even tackled these. Leica catalogs do not suggest the 28mm PC could be used with an Apo-Extender-R. You say, "But why...?" People with Canon & Nikon gear do make similar combinations for various reasons. (Hey, it's Thanksgiving Day and I'm bored!) ;-)
frank_horn
Too bad there is no "Delete" button for after a dumb post is posted! With a bit of thought, I can see what we'd have-- possibly a 56mm f4 that would not correct perspective.

robert gordon
I've used this lens on a Contax RX. Excellent image quality and build. Classic Camera sells the lens for most SLR mounts: http://www.classiccameraexchange.com/48893.html Don't know how the lens would work with a DSLR.
