tonybrown
Does anyone know the thickness (calliper) of the Hahnemuhle photo rag paper with 188 gsm? I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Thanks, Tony

dan_linne1
oops, should be about .0081. You can do a search for coversion tables.
tonybrown
Thanks Dan. I do have a conversion table, but I didn't trust it because the rag paper has a different density to regular paper. Rag papers are generally much less dense, hence thicker. Hence my problem. tonybrown
A good example of the lower density of Rag Photo paper is the Ilford Fine Art with a weight of 190 gsm and a calliper of 15.7 mil. The conversion table would make this about 8.1 mil. Quite a difference.
