shawn w callahan Posted November 2, 2006 Share Posted November 2, 2006 On the screen you showed, the rates for A and O are from ALL annonymous members, new or established. This, presumably, lets you know how your photo did through the "Rate Recent" feature. There is then a further breakdown for direct raters (if a phot gets any) and you will see that average score listed separately. If you click on the "Details" tab you will see a number that represents rates from ESTABLISHED members only whether it was annonymous or direct.
