It takes Hasselblad backs, and I actually like using it, it's been relaible for about three years, and it takes so many wonderful lenses. kenneth_loen Posted February 28, 2007 Share Posted February 28, 2007 Yes I purchased a Hartblei 1006M about six months ago. So far it has been a great camera, no problems and it takes wonderful photos. I have all the Zeiss P-6 lenses plus a couple specialty lenses (Hartblei 45mm shift and 30mm fisheye), and all lenses fit on fine. The 80mm Zeiss *almost* doesn't fit only because the preview lever on the lens almost touches the camera body near the lens mount, but it actually *barely* doesn't touch and so it works fine. There are a couple of quirks of the camera you have to be aware of (never change the shutter speed unless the shutter is wound, for instance), but all in all I couldn't be happier with it. The only downside was how long it takes to deliver the camera after you order it. My order took three months to complete. Are you considering buying one? You might also want to read posts on the Delphi Forums bulletin board under "The Kiev Report" for much more info on these and other Kiev based cameras.
