navarra
Most naturist beaches here in Europe allow clothed people in as well, so if this is the case were you live of course you don't have to be nude. Fact is, if you are a naturist/nudist you probably know some of the people you are going to meet, but if it's your first time to a nude beach it's probably going to be very hard to get permission to photograph. Taking pics without asking at a nude beach sounds like a dumb idea ^^ Simone
golden-eye
Generally no, JD.
Always be prepared to meet people on their own terms. Be nude on a nude beach. Otherwise you are unprofessional, a voyeur not a photographer.
Regarding it being frowned on, irrelevant! As I aaid, if you are nude, you warrant no animosity. Basically as a nudist beach is nonetheless a public place, nobody has the legal right to claim a lien over it insofar as we all pay for the right to use it. Anyone in a public place waives legal right to privacy. The exception is where you earn money from the image and it can be proven that the claimant is the focus of the picture.
