I just booked a wedding and they have decided they want an album as well and have paid 50% on the wedding album included with their retainer fee. Do you require the remainder due for the album with the final payment for the wedding photography, upon design approval or when the album is delivered? And also do you have an seperate agreements for albums? I was thinking a signed letter approving the album design might work. kari douma Posted February 28, 2006 Share Posted February 28, 2006 All my packages contain albums. $400 down to reserve the day, 1/2 of the ballance due 3 weeks prior to the wedding, and the rest due when they pick up the proof books. So, I have the album to hold out on if their last check bounces. Then, if they order any additional prints or parent albums, payment is due when they place the order.
