travis2
Hi guys...
Just like to share with u a little experience.
Few months ago i was driving on a busy afternoon where over my windscreen i saw this beautiful image i've been dreaming abt to capture.
I stopped the car on the roadside, illegally mind u. Grab my M3 and ran up the overhead bridge and snapped 10 shots bracketed as the lightning was vastly changing and i didnt have a meter.
I was glad i got this usable one, which I liked.
moral of the story? dun leave home without your leica ..

here it is..it may not be technically fine, but it was a shot i wanted for very long..
Church at Noon
john_chan2
moral of the story? dun leave home without your leica..
Seems to me the moral of this story is dun leave home without your #25 deep red. I wonder about what kind of mood would be imparted on your photo had you used an orange or red filter... ominous, foreboding, epic??? My imagination is fried after a night of binge drinking... sunil
Travis, it's a nice shot but you should really go back after the restoration work has been completed - those scaffoldings don't really add to the image.
eliot
I agree with John. The cloud formations are the only thing that makes this image of more interest than a simple grabshot. A deep orange or red filter would add to that interest.
