steve_unsworth1 Posted October 30, 2005 Share Posted October 30, 2005 The RAW files are compressed - like zip files this is a lossless process. A high ISO image has more noise, this means that there aren't the same areas of identical colour as there are in a lower ISO shot - the noise introduces random colour variations.
