jcgoodman
On (2006-01-06) I posted my first ever Leica shot, taken in 1974 with a friend's Leica II and Summar lens. That pic, repeated below, shows part of a building in Collins Street, Melbourne, Australia. Last week, wondering if the scene still existed, I picked up my Leica II and Summar - (that first leica experience enthused me enough to obtain my own LTM outfit) - and headed off to the same location, taking a similar photo. Not much has changed in that particular microcosm, as shown by the "repeat photo", below! Cheers.<div></div>

jcgoodman
Hello Mike H. Yes - the "Paris End" of Collins Street, Melbourne, Australia. Here is a shot of the area. I'm sorry to say that the sartorial style of the local inhabitants doesn't quite mesh with the "Paris" bit..!<div></div>
