But if you just open the photo in PSP or Paint (windows) and save it, than the PN recieve the photo. Am glad if I helped, if not, sorry ... janpeter Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 photo.net has a problem with embedded ICC-profiles that are saved by PhotoShop. The solution is to use "Export for web". There you can deselect the ICC profile before saving. That also means that you will need to convert all pictures to sRGB color space before saving, or they will look very strange. mottershead Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 photo.net should no longer be having a problem with non-image sections in JPEG's uploaded to Gallery, such as "preview" thumbnails or embedded ICC profiles. We are now just removing them. So it should not be necessary to use "Save for Web". (Besides, this was never a problem with portraits, anyway.)
