marc schneider dc metro
I was reviewing some photographs I had taken, and was looking at the technical data when I noticed that there was no ISO setting displayed in the metadata section of Photoshop Elements 3.0. I had lens focal length, shutter speed and aperture, but no ISO setting info. Does the 20D record this? Is it a problem with elements not showing it? If so, how do I see this information. William Kahn
I know it shows up in EOS File Viewer, so it's definitely in the camera....
peter_white2
Yes. It shows up in ACR. Both raw and jpeg files display the ISO.
redeye
Unknown with 20D, all P&S Canons will simply record "AUTO" for ISO if the program mode is set to AUTO. Av & Tv modes will record the actural ISO value used.
ger_vermeulen
It must be a fault in Photo Elements. In all the photo's from 20D I have seen ISO data was included in the IFD-1 sector (tag 0x8827). My tool (MS-windows) will show you.
Download GexifView from http://www.gvsoft.dns.org/
