jerry_lehrer
On another forum, I had answered a question about the Pentax Digital Spotmeter by stating that I considered it as one of the perfect photo accessories. I classed it with the Leica Tabletop Tripod with Large Ball Head, and the Leitz Desk Side Viewer as perfect for the job intended. Non Leica made perfection is the Abrahamson Soft Release, the Domke "Gripper" strap and the DAG made focus tab for the 50mm Summilux. Can you suggest any others that I am overlooking? stuart_carroll
I must say, after your response about the table tripod - I've been looking at one. This thread has serious consequences for my wallet!
lee hamiel
Film! Good Film that is :) I agree with the tripod & the Domke gripper strap - may add the Leicavit for those who like it. Lastly - the Billingham M bag is a great bag - I don't own one - my son does but it's a great bag - also has the extra end pocket attachments for accessories. jerry_lehrer
Lee-- The reason I could not list that Billingham bag was that in order to make it perfect, I had to add a set of Hadley Straps and Studs. jerry

tom_bryant
A friend recently gave me one of Luigi's half cases. Up until now, I have despised cases as "never-ready". This one's different. With a body cap only, the body still fits into a large pocket. This is important. The case unsnaps in 2 places to free the body for film changing. No tripod screw, which takes too long to undo. When you're shooting, the strap can provide additional stability, held aganist your neck, and if you need both hands free, you can just let the camera dangle about your neck. Not bad. The leather also takes bad bumps better than 45 year old vulcanite.

paul_neuthaler
Stuart, try to get the smaller ballhead, with the black base -- you'll use it more & it's easier to carry!<div></div>
andyaitken
Lutz Konermanns Sling gets my vote. Either that or Tri-X...
john sypal
I know not everyone likes it but the Abrahamsson's rapidgrip is something I don't think I'll ever take off my M6. I wish he made them for M5s and even my Nikon F2....

davidv1
I like the Upstrap - www.upstrap.com - better than the Domke. You can hang the camera from one shoulder securely.
jerry_lehrer
Craig--- I could not consider any wrist strap that only attaches to one strap lug. I have seen too many lugs loosened from being carried by wrist straps or one lug slings. Remember I asked about perfect accessories. I might consider a Luigi case if I could ever try one.
