R1800 Bulk Ink (CIS/CFS) systems

Hi All,

 

I've been doing some research into CIS systems (bulk ink for inkjets)

for the Epson R1800, and have found a lot of different threads

discussing CIS systems. I thought if would be easier if I made a

singe thread dedicated to the discussion of these systems and your

experiences with them. I am also interested in hearing about your

experiences with using the hardware of one CIS manufacturer with

another manufacturer's ink (eg. Inkrepublik CIS with MIS inks). I've

heard a few horror stories about the "Chinese made Ebay CIS" too.
