It depends on how you handle your business I suppose. If the B&G are paying for the negatives/files already, it's not going to take any of your business away if you take two seconds to be nice. However, if your profit comes from print sales, appologize nicely and maybe offer to take one that they can buy (though most likely they'll just get someone else to take it).

 

Not a wedding story, but at a particularily nasty to shoot indoor sporting event I had someone ask my assistant if I would be willing to shoot with a competitors camera while they were on. She explained nicely that I was doing this proffessionally and the limitations of her equipment would not produce the quality images that mine could (actually I was pushing my equipment to the limits already, no P&S was going to survive that). I ended up selling $100 worth of prints to that competitor!
