Wisner rear shift modification a possibility?

I'm interested in nice Wisner TF 45. The only thing it lacks for me

is rear shift. Has anyone heard of a modification that will provide

rear shift? One person who advertises similar mods said that the

Wisner would become unstable with rear shifts, but if so, how does

Ebony do it? Thanks.

If you look at photos of both cameras, you'll get your answer. The Ebony has a

lot more metal parts sitting under the rear standard. You could certainly

fabricate new hardware for the Wisner but shop time for custom metal work

will be expensive. If you're willing to pay enough, I think it's possible without

sacrificing rigidity. I'd be willing to discuss it further with you off the forum.
