andy_hebert Posted March 18, 2006 Share Posted March 18, 2006 I was wondering if anyone knows how long Velvia 50 would last frozen before going bad, specifially would a bulk role that expried in '99 but had been frozen the whole time still be any good? stoem Posted March 18, 2006 Share Posted March 18, 2006 I have a bulk roll from 2001 thats still okay. It was kept in the freezer. I do notice a slight magenta cast to the slides. Not normally a fan of the Velvia look, but what the heck at that price. I also got a roll of TRI-X and T-MAX 400. It's not like its a film for "accurate colors" anyways. For crazy fall foliage.
