Oregon Scientific, possible to use with Mac?

I'm thinking about a couple of inexpensive and small P&S's for my kids and came across

cameras by Oregon Scientific. I managed to find a review or two and they seem to have all

of the basic amenities. However, I'm a Mac guy and these are PC. I'm assuming I can use

SD cards with a reader and edit in PS, but the LI-ION battery is charged when plugged into

the USB. Any software issue here in regard to just plugging it into the USB for charging

but not for download?
