jayhai
I loose saturation when i save for web for photo.net. I have especially noticed this problem with my raw images. I have been bumping up the saturation or using match color adjustments to compensate. How do I preserve the color for the internet? Thanks Tim
Ed_Ingold
Convert to sRGB before "saving for web" in Photoshop. I find that web image retains most of its Photoshop appearance. ImageReady reduces the file size and improves upload speed by reducing the number of colors represented. Still, I find the changes hardly noticeable from sRGB, but dramatic from Adobe RGB. sean de merchant httpw
Edit->Convert To Profile (CS2) Image->Mode->Convert To Profile (pre-CS2) And then convert to sRGB and save a JPEG for the web. Do not overwrite your original file with this reduced gamut version. enjoy, Sean
jayhai
Where is that in CS (mac).?
sean de merchant httpw
Image->Mode->Convert To Profile (6, 7, and CS) Select sRGB. The rendering intent has no effect between RGB working spaces so it does not matter.
