sebastian gloeckler
Hi Dave, thanks a lot for your testing and extensive post. You just put me on a spagetti diet ;) I'm going to check the manuals for the last bits and pieces. cu seba

mawz
heh, I really do wish they'd announced the D200 2 months ago. I jumped ship to Pentax. Just for the old MF lens support. Still have my F90x, F601m and a couplafew lenses though. One thing Nikon could have done with teh D100 and D70(s), and what Pentax did for M42 and K/M lenses on their DSLR's is just enable stop-down metering via the DoF preview. However, if i don't see something similar from Pentax by this time next year, there will be a D200 in my bag. 6MP is nice, but I'd love 10MP and the faster write speed. Boil linguine, spaghetti or a mixture thereof to the desired texture, whatever is left in the cupboard. Anoint with Kraft Ranch salad dressing or whatever was on sale last. Garnish with Mrs. Dash, salt-free seasoning blend and serve on a paper plate.

All the best,

Dave Hartman.
vivek iyer
I can do a MUCH better Fettucini Alfredo than that, David! Stick to photography related stuff :)
david_h._hartman
I'm sure you can. Cream is out of my budget these days.
kelly_flanigan1
The 35mm F2.8 Nikkor PC and 50mm F4 El Nikkor here were bought from Alfredo's.
vivek iyer
David, Cost drops exponentially when you buy raw food ingredients and not the boxed pre-cooked items. Taste and flavor are not at all expensive and can be done at a lower cost than Kraft dinners.
