H. S. Marching Band Help

Hi guys.I hope I am not in the wrong forum. I was not quite sure

where to post this. Just wondering who out there did school

photography, like pictures for the marching band. Large group photo,

individual photos of each member. I am curious of pricing. What do

you include in yoru basic package for parents and how much? I was

thinking maybe 1 8x10, 2 5x7's and a sheet of wallets. Not sure what

to charge for that yet but thinking that's what I would include. Any

pricing help would be greatly apprciated. Do you charge for time at

the school, or does it come out in the price of the package? Thanks

I don't know what's standard, but I know the place that does our school gives away a lot to the school to be able to sell packages to the students. From our photographers we get at least 1 8x10 of each team, an 8x10 for each coach of the coach group shot, wallets of each varsity football player for the program, 5x7s for the yearbook, and pretty much anything else we ask for. They make their money from the kids. When the decision makers decide on who to use, the package price isn't what they're looking at.
