melvin_h_j_tan
Can anyone shed light on whether I can bring a 47mm xl lens to focus at infinity on a Horseman FA camera? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

armin_seeholzer
Hi Melvin Should be possible as I know some photogs which worked with 55mm APO Grandagon on this camera. But just to be honest it will not at all be easy because you have to put the front standard on the rail inside the box of the camera not on the flatbet rail and then you have to focus with the back extention wich is not so nice to do! Te shortest lens wich Horseman stated works is a 65mm but the 47 can be done but shift will be almost nothing or maybe 2-3mm tilt can be done on the back! I have the Horseman HF the pre version of the FA and I'm sure it can be done but I do it not recomand on a recular basis! Focusing will be very time consuming! Good luck!
