gmahler5th
Hello,

I have created an action set in CS2 that includes noise reduction filter (Noise Ninja) remove color cast (nik Color FX) and Internet Sharpen (nik Sharpener Pro). I then use Adobe Bridge to select all images and run PhotoShop Image Processor so I can apply the batch action to a set of about 200+ images. However the batch never processes more than one image, and stops with the following error on the first image, however I did nothing to cancel the operation either while creating the action or while it is running. Actions without 3rd party filters seem to run just fine without hitting these errors.

---------------------------
Script Alert
---------------------------
Error: User cancelled the operation : 1548
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

So has anyone ever encountered a similar issue, where you are unable to run a batch of images through Image Processor when a 3rd party filter is used in the action? This is VERY frustrating.

Also, if I try to apply the action set using Photoshop Batch, it runs fine but then I have to confirm Jpeg settings on save for every single image, and with over 200 images that would take forever.

Any suggestions or help is much apreciated.

gmahler5th
Nevermind.... Evidently this error only occurs when the sRGB profile is already embedded in your images... http://photoshopnews.com/2006/02/16/errors-occur-when-you-save-jpeg-images-from-the-photoshop-image-processor/
steve_bingham
Are you trying to use a PS CS2 action with Bridge? Two separate programs. Try this: 1- Batch process the raw files into a folder. (This will take awhile) 2- Then apply your PS CS2 action to this folder. That should do it. gmahler5th
Bridge offers the ability to run Image Processor, which allows you to select any of your saved Photoshop actions (custom or default) I finaly got this to work yesterday by deselecting the Apply sRGB Profile option, since the images already had an sRGB profile embedded.
