will king Posted September 27, 2005 Share Posted September 27, 2005 I seen a cool border technique used a lot and want to do the same with some of my photos. A frame surrounds the photo, but there is a portion of the photo that sticks outside the fame that create a 3D effect. Can anyone tell me the steps to achieve this in PS?
