Alex, I doubt it....

See: http://web.telia.com/~u32008343/domke.htm

I have the EOS 10D with batterypack and 17-40 attached and use the Lowepro Nova 4. See:

In that bag I store a 420 EX flash, Canon EOS 10D with 17-40 aND BATTERYPACK attached, a 50 f/1.8 and several other small stuff. It's durable, weather proof (it has a "raincoat") and not that expensive. Good luck!

<P><I>"Oh, the lesnhood is too big to have it attached whilst in the bag. But then again,

why would you?"</I></P><P>So you can pull it out ready to shoot of course. Not

everybody likes using a neckstrap. I leave the top unbuckled and it takes only a second to

whip it out and shoot. My 10D and 17-40 4L with hood fit in my Tamrac 606 Zoom

Traveler (along with flash and a couple lenses). It's the smallest Tamrac should bag that

fits. The lens bridge feature is an excellent idea.</P><img src="http://www.tamrac.com/

Alex, normally the manufaturers put dimensions on their website. Why don't you measure the inside dimensions of the bag and compare them to your camera and lens dimensions? That's what I do when I shop for a bag and it never let me down. "it fits" doesn't mean that it's good enough for you. Theoratically you could fit anything into any bag but that doesn't mean it's comfortable or you won't damage your equipment. You'd be better of by measuring. I know that's pretty boring but it will help.

Heck if all you want is a bag that doesn't look like a camera bag, that's easy. I use an old

Banana Republic canvas messager bag to carry my EF 300 4L USM with attached body. I

put a little padding on the bottom and it was good to go.
