Minolta Scan Dual II and Tiger

I have recently bought an iBook with OSX Tiger. I need to install my Minolta Scan Dual II on it

but the drivers available on konicaminolta.com only go up to an earlier edition of OSX and

wouldn't work. Does anybody know how I can get round this or whether minolta are likely to

ever get the new drivers up. I need the scanner to archive loads of slides and really can't

afford a new one.

Also, can you load a window with the old OSX or OS9 in a window to run older applications?
