chriss1
Hi,
As i'm stepping into Cokin P now, I would ask which warming polariser would fit here. I found the offer of Lee filters in my country but they are extremely expensive: 1 filter costs 1 minimal month salary. I have no information about Singh-Ray but I suppose that cost the same. I'm not a professional photographer so quality brought by manufacturers mentioned above is not required accurately.
thanks for tips in advance
miha_steinb_cher
Unless you're into very wide angle lenses (and using polarizer with one may lead to dubious results IMHO), you probably use standard Cokin P holder. Put a Cokin P polarizer in one and a warming filter in another slot. It'd be a much cheaper solution than Singh-Ray or Lee and you can of course also use the filters separately. eric friedemann
Well, if the Singh-Ray at $160 U.S. is too pricey, you could simply stack Cokin filters. You would get the Cokin P 164 circular polarizer for for $57: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=14457&is=REG&addedTroughType=categoryNavigation Then, you could get the Cokin P 026 81A Warm filter for $13: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=14393&is=REG&addedTroughType=categoryNavigation If your camera doesn't require a circular polarizer (i.e. it doesn't have autofocus), you could save more money by purchasing the Cokin P 160 linear polarizer, instead of the circ. pol., for $32: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=14453&is=REG&addedTroughType=categoryNavigation
chriss1
Singh-Ray filters just aren't available in my country but price of 160 USD is achieveable and ... considerable. Unfortunatelly, shipping would increase costs incredably
