michael_thruman
I would like to have some prints made from medium format (120) transparencies from The Slide Printer in Denver. Can anyone tell me if I need to cut the film into strips or leave it in long-roll form before sending it in? I've emailed their customer service but haven't received a reply. Thanks in advance for any information!
User_502260
I don't know the answer to your question but why would you want to leave the film rolled up? It should be more stable if it is cut into strips and kept flat. Years ago when 120 film (at least 6X6) was mounted I found it easier to handle individual images. The Slideprinter used to make type r prints from these. I have also had prints made from 120 chromes which were cut into strips and the results were very good.
