joe_ethridge
I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck printing Hahnemuhle papers, like the German Etching or Photo Rag ,etc. with the HP Designjet printers. I'm interested in using the 24x36 sheets. Also, does HP make 24x36 sheets of Premium Plus Satin? If so where can I purchase? All I can find is 24''x 50' roll. Thanks, Joe. waltz
Have you seen this Yahoo group?
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HPDesignJet_Printers/
They may have an answer. I don't have a DJ130, but I've been researching them and will probably wait for a newer model that I expect will use HP's new Vivera inks. From what I've read the 130 does best with swellable polymer papers, if that helps.
mark r tomlinson
I think the Designjet already uses the Vivera inks. Apparently people can get good results with Hahnemuhle papers on the designjet 130 (on photo rag at least), but they won't be archival. Check out the yahoo designjet forum and look at the archives.
