aslavihervuori
Hello! I wonder, 1) how cameras dynamic range is measured? 2)Also, how big differencies in dynamic range occurs for example between APS-C sized versus 1/1,8" sencors/cameras? Thank you for your answers, a s l a
jim_marby
I think the dynamic range is how much it can see in terms of light to dark. Many times it's reported in terms of f-stops, such as a camera has a 4, f-stop range or one with a better dynamic range will have a 6, f-stop range. Possibly someone else can expalain it better. aslavihervuori
Thank you, Jim. I guess then there are no major differencies between dynamic range (capability) of APS-C and 1/1,8" sensor cameras (if both have RAW- option)?
