carlosquandt
Hello I was used to mount a rubber eyecup on my last F4e. Now im using a D200 and dont like the little and poor eyecup provided. Does somebody know if there is a better eyecup to attach to my D200? Thanks for your answers and please excuse my very bad english. fraczekp
You might want to try this: http://www.nikonusa.com/template.php?cat=1&grp=56&productNr=2370 and then attach any round eye piece you want.
User_276104
I was going to suggest the same adapter. I put this on my N70 a few years back. Then you have to buy an FM-style eyecup, and eyepiece to hold the cup on. I haven't physically handled a D200, though - does it have the same base rectangular eyepiece as all the others? klix
This is what I had on a D70, and now on a D200. http://www.photofocus.com/showarchive.php?aid=201&cid=
roger mitchell
Carlos - I just installed this rubber eyecup setup on my D70 yesterday and I really love it. If the D200 viewfinder is exactly the same then you will need the following: Nikon part 2370 eyepiece adaptor (BH Photo part NIEPAN6006), Nikon part 2362, DK-3 rubber eyecup (BH photo part NIDK3), and Nikon part 2925, finder eyepiece for Fm2 (BH photo part NIEPFM2). Total, wo/shipping from BH is $32.85 but they were out of the DK3 so I bought all from Glazer Camera in Seattle for $38.90 incl shipping. Hope this helps.
