sukumaran_r
Has anyone used Tokina 12-24 lenses on Nikon D2H ? What is the experience ?
todd peach seattle, washi
Yes. Worked well for me. No bad optical habits that I could detect. I would buy it again (maybe soon).
lex_jenkins
I tried this combination in a local shop, using my own D2H. The lens was impressive, sharp, with minimal distortion, flare and chromatic aberration. Very good build quality at a reasonable price. Autofocusing was very quick and quiet despite lacking the SWM, because the moving parts are small and don't travel far. I think it's a very good alternative to the 12-24/4 Nikkor. photo5
I have the Tokina 12-24 on a Nikon D200 and so far am very impressed with it. The color fidelity is excellent and the handling is superb. 5 Star lens as far as I am concerned. I don't need to spend twice as much for the Nikon brand.
