andrew_hull Posted May 15, 2005 Share Posted May 15, 2005 My Canon 9950F, which I have been using for > 3 months, all of the sudden will not let me select anything but "platen" in the photo studio software. Incidentally, I e- mailed Canon today, on a Sunday, with exactly my problem and they responded within 30 minutes. I was impressed! Thanks for your response Mag.
